The Great Fishing Adventure
Pleased to report that all those who headed off on our Great Fishing Adventure had a fab day. Lots of fish caught and loads of fun had by all.
Praising God for another opportunity to share his love with these kids, always a privilege for all the leaders involved:)

A lady who was somewhat short sighted bent down to pick up what she thought was a piece of paper of the floor.
Only to find it was a square of sunlight coming through the window! Wouldn’t it be nice if we could pick up a patch of sunlight and put it in our pocket for later?
However though we cannot literally do this, there’s nothing to shop us trying to keep some sunshine in our hearts. After all, who know how many cloudy days it might brighten!
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world.” John 8;12

You have probably drove or walked past us hundreds of times and we want you to know that you are welcome in our Church. No matter who you are, what you have done and where you are right now, God’s door at Calvary is always open to you. We are ordinary, down-to-earth people who understand the real struggles in life and we want to share the love of God with you. We want you to know what Jesus Christ has personally done for you and how he can help and transform your circumstances. We would love you to come and visit us at our Sunday Morning service at 11:30am or our Sunday Night service at 7pm.
We know that coming to a church for the first time can be quite daunting but we promise you that you will feel welcomed, no-one will force their views or opinions on you and if you want to talk to someone then there will always be people available who will be delighted to chat. If we can help you in any way please do not hesitate to get in touch
